Pat takes the time to explain any unexpected problems found, provide a risk assessment and recommendations. I had my winter tire changed today. It took over 1 hour 30 minutes to make the change, I asked if they had a problem with the truck, the reply was about the valve they have in the rims and that now it takes time to do them. I did not have a chance to reply as another staff started conversation with me, and in the end the cost was 135$. But now I have the opportunity to reply, and I have to tell you that I feel like I was ripped off. I had those tire changed last november, it took about 40 minutes to do them, and the cost was more than half of what I was charged with you guys. I expected that the price would be higher as I was dealing with Ford dealer, but not that high. I feel that your mecanic drag his feet on that one, and I'm not satisfied with your service.
