With no disrespect to your store here in Owen Sound, Port Elgin, and else where! I have been to a few now, and I not against trying to raise funds for a good cause. Mind you I find most of your inventory to be out dated, way overpriced, in poor condition. The staff are slightly unpleasant at times. Just like the Port Elgin store trying to accuse my wife for stealing something after she paid for it! I understand that mistakes happen, but I really think you need to be fair with prices, and exceed customer service and support. I understand that you are trying to make funds for projects, but just selling overpriced garbage isn't going to help the cause. You need to find other ways to attract businesses to support your cause, and stop taking everyone elses garbage. And maybe I would spend a little more money at your stores. But when I find items selling for more than retail prices, it becomes worrying. Especially when we are all feeling the pinch nowadays. On a positive note, I will continue to support your cause, but not in this way. And thank you to all the volunteers that give up there time to make a difference in your communities.
