Enclosed within the fenced region are the following varieties: Frontenac, Sabrevois, Louise Swensen, Baco Noir, Chardonnay, Vidal, Riesling, Gamay, Foch, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Merlot, and Frontenac Gris; all naturally organic.
