I did not have change so used the credit card feature recently and neglected to use the "stop" feature when finished washing and was charged $15 which I learned when I received my credit card statement. I called Brian, the proprietor, who immediately offered a full credit which I received the same day. A very friendly and service oriented business man - very much appreciated.
