I went to see Kevin on Sunday and within 10min he had my MacBook Air up and running. It saved me from going to the Apple Store in Waterloo.
I will continue to go to the iT Store with any problems I may incur.

Kevin and his team are wonderful to deal with. We have purchased several pieces of equipment for the store that they special ordered in. Very fair prices. Will continue to look to the IT Store for fututre needs.
